When developing proper biomechanics, the intricate details of technique often seem overwhelming. This effort to remember each part of the movement can cause mechanical, effort-driven swings. In order to learn more naturally, focus your attention on the way the body feels while performing an action. Feel the tension of certain muscles and the relaxation of others.

Effortless power, is generated by the sequence of body movements (kinetic chain), from the ground up. The big muscles in the lower half of the body produce the power for the stroke while the upper body remains relaxed. Once you are aware of your body, and feel the action, you can bypass mental control of the movement. You no longer need the formula to perform the swing, but have it ingrained in your body. Feel more, think less.
